Tilray (TLRY) is higher following online chatter. The cannabis stock is higher by 25% as a group on Reddit were encouraging each other to buy the stock similar to the chatter on GameStop last month. Here we go again.

Profit-taking in GM (GM) and Cisco Systems (CSCO). GM is lower by 4% following earnings and lower guidance. GM said the chip shortage will limit production and could cost the firm $2 billion in business. Cisco is lower by 4% following earnings as demand for enterprise business remains while the data center market posted lower sales amid a continued contraction.
