Rocket Companies (RKT) soars. The nation's largest mortgage lender is up 10% following strong earnings. Revenue rose 143% to $4.7 billion. The pandemic real estate boom gave a major boost to the mortgage industry, which posted record loan volume and profits in 2020 when rates dropped to historic lows.

Virgin Galactic (SPCE) is down 10% following another delay for an outer space test flight. Virgin Galactic has rescheduled a test flight for May. If the May flight is successful, the company plans two more, likely in the summer. One will include a "full cabin" of employees, and the other will carry founder Richard Branson.
