Kohls (KSS) jumps 5% as an activist investor that owns 1% of the company wants the Kohls to sell or consider a spinoff of their e-commerce business. Kohls has a relationship with Amazon as the sole retailer that can take returns from Amazon.

BuzzFeed (BZFD) down 8% on its first day of trading. The first publicly traded Digital Media company has some unhappy employees as dozens of workers at the outlet's news division, which won a Pulitzer Prize this year, walked off the job in protest of salary increases and the ability to perform freelance work and post content outside BuzzFeed channel.
