Twitter (TWTR) jumps 4% in a leverage buyout offer from Elon Musk. It is the biggest acquisition financing ever put forward for one person. Not sure it will worth, but Elon musk wants to do it his way.

Bad day to lower guidance. Gap (GPS) fell 18% after the company cuts their growth outlook for the current quarter and announced that Old Navy's CEO is leaving the company. Any major management change is usually a red flag for investors.
