Mosaic (MOS) rises on strong pricing and demand. The fertilizer company is up 8% following earnings as sales surged 70% to $3.92 billion. Russia and Belarus account for 40% of the global supply of fertilizer ingredients like nitrogen, phosphate, and potash. Ukraine and Russia account for 25% of the world's wheat and barley supply, 16% of corn, 24% of sunflowers, and more than 75% of global sunflower oil supply.

Chegg (CHGG) having a tough day. The online education company stock is down 29% following earnings. The earnings were okay, but the company lowered guidance due to a decline in students seeking higher education. With higher wages and increased cost of living, more people are shifting their priorities towards earning over learning, resulting in a lower course load, or delaying enrollment in school at this time
