Twitter (TWTR) is higher as investors bet against Elon Musk. Twitter is up 8% as the company sues Musk to enforce his $44 billion buyout offer. Famed short selling firm, Hindenburg Research has built "a significant" stake in the social media company saying Twitter has a strong case and Musk has squandered much of his leverage, largely through misadvised and compulsive tweets.

Delta (DAL) lower after posting a profit. The airline stock is down 5% following earnings as sales rose 93% to $13.82 billion, ahead of estimates. Delta provided in line guidance with double digit operating margins in the September quarter and meaningful full year profitability, Delta also expects a big return to business travel whether there is a recession or not.
