Lululemon (LULU stretches higher. The athletic sportswear maker jumped 6% to a one month high on strong earnings. Lululemon beat expectations, raised 3rd quarter guidance and full year guidance. The company also launched its first-ever tennis collection this spring ahead of the US Open.

3M (MMM) dropped 3% as veterans file a lawsuit to block the 3M Healthcare spin off to avoid compensating veterans for hearing damage caused by the company's military-issue earplugs. The veterans' lawsuits allege that the earplugs failed to protect their hearing in combat or training. Reuters reported that the case is expected to go before U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers, overseeing over 220,000 lawsuits over the earplugs.
