Eli Lilly (LLY) jumps 4% on an upgrade. The analyst at UBS upgraded the stock to a buy raising his price target to $363 a share. The analyst said their Mounjaro drug recently received approval as a diabetes treatment in May but expects the drug to also be used as a weight-loss remedy, which could make it one of the best-selling drugs of all time. The analyst believes the Mounjaro drug will surpass AbbVie's drug, Humira with sales over $20 billion in the coming years.
Tesla (TSLA) down 4% as the company has to recall a million vehicles due to a glitch in the power windows. What's more, none of the million-plus electric vehicles will have to go into the shop. The cars will be fixed by an over-the-air software update. If you can't get enough of Elon Musk, he is on the latest Jay Leno Garage show promoting his ambition to populate Mars.
