Merck (MRK) makes a 52 week high. The drug giant is up a percent to a 52 week high after reporting better than expected earnings two weeks ago. Merck continues to ride their largest cancer drug, Keytruda which accounts for 36% of sales. The patent protection for the drug will come off before the decade is over.

Walt Disney (DIS) lower following earnings. The mouse house is lower by 12% to a 52 week low as earnings and sales missed. Costs in their streaming business continues to outpace growth. The theme parks also took a hit as the Shanghai Disney Park remains closed. Hurricane Ian also caused a $65 million drag on Disney World in Orlando.
