Deere (DE) continues to perform well. Deere is up 5% to a 52-week high following earnings. Deere easily beat expectations as sales rose 39.7% to $14.35 billion. Deeres infrastructure division is showing signs of promise while making the bold prediction that US corn and soybean production could be fully autonomous by 2030.

Autodesk (ADSK) drops on earnings. The software firm dropped 5% on in-line earnings while guidance was lower due to a shift in customer billings. Management said lower billings and free cash flow guidance is due to less demand for multi-year contracts and more up-front demand for annual contracts. A short term hit, but may be good news for Autodesk long term.
