Voltari Corporation (VLTC)

Voltari is up again today following its strong day yesterday. The ad company is up $2.44 or 42.49% for the day. This extreme price jump comes from a majority shareholder, Carl Icahn announcing that he is still long, sitting at more than a 52% stake in the company. Voltari is an ad targeting company, specializing in mobile ad targeting, and providing marketing services to various Fortune 500 companies.

Swift Energy (SFY)

Swift Energy is down again, today with a $0.27 (23.32%) drop. The energy company was downgraded to "sector weight" from "overweight" by KeyBanc Capital Markets on Monday based on a valuation call. The company readjusted its oil and gas estimates for 2015 and 2016 due to decreased demand from China and Europe. This falls on top of the news today that the company withdrew its loan deal. The proposed deal asked for $640 million to boost liquidity at the oil and gas explorer, but, citing poor market conditions, Swift Energy pulled the loan deal.
