The big banks look strong. JP Morgan Chase (JPM) is up 3% as FDIC aims to ease restrictions from the Volcker Rule to give banks more flexibility. The banks should have the results of their annual stress test soon. They are going through a real life stress test the last several months.

Boeing (BA) lower on a downgrade. Boeing is down a percent on downgrade to a sell and a $150 price target as near-term pressures has created elevated risks for Boeing's flagship aircraft 737 max. Longer term the analyst believes the buyers will come back.
