Oil is back. Chevron (CVX) is up 2% near recent highs as cold weather in Texas has frozen wind turbines contributing to rolling power blackouts across the state. Good news is oil does not freeze.

Vaccinating the public has not helped this stock. CVS Health (CVS) is down 4% to a two-month low following in line earnings.  CVS said 8 million consumers came to one of their stores for the first time because of COVID testing and expects to reach millions of new customers with the COVID vaccines. The short term downside, no one needs flu medicine with all the masking wearing.
