Facebook/Metaverse (META) gets an upgrade. The stock is up 4% today, but down 70% from the highs set last year. Facebook continues to spend billions on creating a metaverse universe that many questions will ever become that popular or profitable. Facebook is also facing tough competition from Tiktok and less spending from Apple and now is starting the lay off people. 

Another executive at a food company gets in trouble, Tyson Foods (TSN) is down a percent as their CFO was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication and trespassing. The 32 year old was found asleep Sunday morning in a woman's bed in her home. She didn't know who he was and called the police. The good news for the CFO is his last name is Tyson, the son of board Chairman John H. Tyson and is a fourth-generation member of the Tyson family.
