Disney (DIS) is up a percent as an analyst at Needham believes Apple should acquire Disney. Combining Apple's global distribution footprint of 1.25billion unique consumers with Disney's 570million consumers reached each year could drive 15%-25% valuation upside for Apple shareholders.

Charles Schwab (SCHW) hit with a downgrade. The brokerage firm is down 4% as Morgan Stanley says clients are pulling cash out of the firm's low-interest-rate bank accounts at twice the rate that Morgan Stanley expected at $20 billion a month. The price target is down to $68 from $99. Schwab's shares, which have fallen 31% this month.
